CEO
Repeat entrepreneur, Rod has successfully created 5 businesses, exited 4, and been embedded in recruiting and staffing technology for over 25 years.
Shane Grey
COO
Sailor, creator, connector — Shane has walked many paths from physics to private equity, and is a founding member of 2 successful exits in the Talent Acquisition space.

Kelly has a track record of creating and building world class companies in staffing, job advertising technology (Broadbean) and media.

With a background in actuarial science and analytics products at Amex, Erik previously worked with Rod and Shane as product lead in Shiftfillers before its acquisition in 2023.

General Counsel
Previously a partner at a large law firm, David worked with Rod previously at Erecruit before moving on to work with an industrial AI technology company.
