Use of this website and of GLYDE candidate-facing products
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to (1) your use of the GLYDE Unity website and related online properties, and (2) your use of GLYDE candidate-facing products and services, such as voice screening, text chat, job application flows, and career site widgets (together, "GLYDE candidate products"). By using this website or any GLYDE candidate product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or those products.
Who these terms apply to
Visitors: If you are browsing the GLYDE Unity website (e.g. glydeunity.com or related domains), these Terms govern your access and use of the site.
Candidates: If you are a job seeker or candidate using a GLYDE candidate product—for example, completing a voice or text screening, applying to a job through a GLYDE-powered flow, or using a chat or voice widget on a career site—these Terms apply to your use of that product. The organization that invited you to use the product (e.g. the employer or staffing company) may have additional policies that also apply to you; please refer to their privacy policy and terms where provided.
Acceptance and changes
By accessing or using the website or any GLYDE candidate product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and indicate the date of the last change. Your continued use of the website or GLYDE candidate products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Use of the website
You may use the GLYDE Unity website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, our systems, or other users' accounts;

- Not misuse the product—for example, by attempting to circumvent security, submitting false information, or using it in a way that could harm others or the service;
- Comply with any instructions or policies communicated to you by the organization that invited you (employer, recruiter, or staffing company) in connection with the product.
Your use of GLYDE candidate products may involve the collection and processing of your personal data (e.g. voice, text, application details). That processing is described in our Privacy Policy. When you use a product on behalf of or at the invitation of an organization, that organization may also act as a data controller; their privacy notice will apply to their use of your data.
Intellectual property
The GLYDE Unity website and GLYDE candidate products, including their design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content (excluding content you submit), are owned or licensed by GLYDE Talent Inc. or its affiliates and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the website or our products without our prior written permission. You may view and print a reasonable number of copies of content from the website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and GLYDE candidate products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the website and any product is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLYDE Talent Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the website or any GLYDE candidate product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms, the website, or any GLYDE candidate product shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLYDE Talent Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the website or any GLYDE candidate product, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.
Third-party links and services
The website or GLYDE candidate products may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, an employer's career site or ATS). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any GLYDE candidate product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented when you use a specific product, constitute the entire agreement between you and GLYDE regarding the website and GLYDE candidate products. Subscription and commercial terms for enterprise customers are governed by separate agreements (e.g. our Online Terms and Conditions for sales).
